What is Kickstart?
We hire cohorts of Associate level Cloud Engineers who, after a period of training and supported learning, become valued members of our Platform and Data Engineering teams. We call this initiative Kickstart.
In joining CTS as part of our Kickstart programme, you will have a fantastic opportunity to take your first steps within one of the most dynamic and exciting industries in the tech space - Cloud Engineering. You’d also develop a specialism with Google Cloud Services and cutting edge open source technologies such Kubernetes, Terraform and many others.

Associate Platform Engineer
Work alongside a talented team of Platform Engineers to design, build and support highly innovative cloud infrastructure solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Associate Data Engineer
Implement and maintain modern cloud data platforms at scale, utilising both GCP and open source services.
