Our top tips
-
Don't rule yourself out
Tech is an exciting place to be, and you’d be surprised how many skills you already have that fit into roles here. If your career so far hasn’t been an obvious fit to the role, don’t rule yourself out!
-
Remember we're on your side
We trust people to do their work wherever and whenever they work best. Don’t be afraid to ask for reduced hours or untraditional schedules. If it’s not something we can accommodate, our lovely Talent Acquisition team will discuss options with you and work together on finding a solution.
-
Ask questions
Work with the Talent Acquisition team on preparing for your interviews. Don’t be afraid to ask questions - we’re here to help you on your journey, and want you to succeed! There’s also lots of helpful information below including our history and links to blogs.
What to Expect?
Throughout the process you’ll be speaking to one of our Talent Acquisition Team. You can find out more about them below!
☎️ Talent Acquisition will have an initial call with you to discuss the role, salary, interview structure and any preparation - then we’ll move on to interviews.
📧 We’ll generally contact you by phone, but it might all start with an email. If you’ve applied for a role keep an eye on your spam/junk folder too - just in case!
Interviews can be in-person or on a video call, depending on what suits. For video calls we use Google Meet - and bonus points if you prepare any presentations in Google Slides too! Please do turn on your camera, and test your tech ahead of time.
