Our physical and mental wellbeing is, by no means, an easy path.
We’ve designed our Wellbeing Web for total support no matter where you’re up to. It includes access to trained Mental Health Mascots, 24/7 EAP service and a fully comprehensive Private Healthcare package (with increased mental and physical therapy covers) in times of need.
Plus simple wellbeing resources, weekly yoga and football to keep you moving and access to mental health training so that you can help others.

We’re a fully flexible employer (check out our Flexa status!)
We’ve been doing “hybrid” working before it was a thing, so in most cases you can work from where you want. We’re also flexible with hours and run an unlimited annual leave policy (leaving you to take ownership of your workload!).
For new parents we give additional support too with enhanced parental leave policies; 26 weeks fully paid primary family leave and 5 weeks fully paid secondary family leave (made gender neutral to ensure our LGBT+ colleagues get the right support too!)
We also have shared parental leave and adoption leave policies for all kinds of parents! And as an extra welcome, we send all of our new arrivals a baby hamper to help with those “functioning with no sleep” moments too.

It’s important to us to keep our teams ahead of the curb, so we invest a lot of time in personal development.
We encourage all employees to have development plans, encourage 10 learning days per year (for training or study) and cover your exams. We also run an Elevate programme for our future leaders, coaching and mentoring for anybody who wants it, and a “tech for non-tech” lunchtime event bi-monthly to help people keep upto date with what we’re doing.

It’s also important to us that people get together and learn from each other, so we have lots of social events (yearly kickoff abroad, monthly socials, charity events and our Christmas party!) to make a strong community out of our business.
